1. Introduction

Kollabear (accessible at kollabear.com) is an influencer marketing marketplace owned and operated by Infinity and Sky Enterprises. By accessing or using Kollabear, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. About the Company

Kollabear is a product of Infinity and Sky Enterprises, a company registered in India. All references to "we," "us," "our," or "Kollabear" in these Terms refer to Infinity and Sky Enterprises and its platform Kollabear.

3. User Accounts

Users must authenticate using their authorized Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account access with any third party.

4. Platform Services

Kollabear connects brands with social-media influencers for paid and barter campaigns. Infinity and Sky Enterprises provides the marketplace platform and facilitates campaign management, content verification, agreement handling, and payment processing between brands and influencers.

5. Fees and Payments

Kollabear charges a listing/booking fee to brands and a platform commission fee to influencers. All fees are displayed transparently before campaign confirmation. Payments are processed through authorised payment partners. Infinity and Sky Enterprises reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice to users.

6. Marketplace Integrity

Brands and creators agree to engage in lawful, professional collaborations, honouring agreed deliverables, compensation, and product dispatch timelines. Any fraudulent or misleading activity is strictly prohibited.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Content created by influencers as part of campaigns remains subject to the terms agreed upon in each campaign agreement. Kollabear and Infinity and Sky Enterprises do not claim ownership of user-generated content unless explicitly agreed.

8. Termination

Infinity and Sky Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community safety rules, engage in fraudulent activities, or breach these Terms of Service. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Infinity and Sky Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Kollabear. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
